As we wait for our reopening date we want to take this time to introduce so new faces you will see when we are back at work! Starting off with Lauren Patterson to our hair team! Lauren loves doing lots of different foiling techniques and balayage! Laurens favourite thing is making each guest feel their absolute best!! We are so excited about adding Lauren to our team! With all the messages and calls received, we wanted to reach out to confirm that hair salons will not be open until the next phase which could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Once we have a date we are allowed to reopen we will be contacting clients by missed appointments first to rebook. If you would like your name added to a list to contact please send us a message regarding what stylist and service you would like. Thank you everyone for your patience and we cannot wait to see you all!

To all of our clients: During this time of uncertainty I know there are a lot of questions and concerns regarding what an appointment will look like at our salon going forward. Our staff are preparing for the regulations that will be implemented to keep safety as the top priority for our clients and staff. As we are updated with more information on what that will look like we will continue to pass the information to you. We will make sure our salon is fitted to the regulation...s as swiftly as possible. Once we are given a return date, stylists will begin to reach out to clients. Appointments that were cancelled because of COVID-19 will be contacted as priority in the order of which they were cancelled. All upcoming appointments will remain at their scheduled time unless changes need to be made to staffs schedules to better fit social distancing guidelines. Our clients are at the core of everything we do, and in light of the World Health Organization declaring the coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic, our top priority is keeping our clients as well as staff safe as we continue to closely monitor the situation. Extra precaution will be taken with sterilization of instruments and surfaces to help combat any possible transmission within the salon. We ask if you have flu like symptoms or have travelled internationally within the last... 14 days to please follow the advisory to self quarantine. Arrangements can be made by calling the salon to reschedule appointments. If you arrive to your appointment and are symptomatic, the service provider will advise you to rebook your service at a later date as we cannot put other clients or staff at risk.
