Good afternoon, we would like to thank you all for your patience with all the protocols put in place due to COVID-19. We are all doing our best to keep everyone safe and comfortable. It is a little more difficult to book an appointment as most people are booking ahead. Please be patient and we will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can. ... We have also been getting a lot of no shows. Unfortunately, not showing up does not give us enough time to call someone else in. We are very busy and have many clients who are still looking for appointments. Please remember that we are taking less clients a day in order to do proper cleaning, therefore less income. Please be considerate and give us notice when you are unable to attend your appointment. We have waved all the cancellation fees as we do want people to rebook if anyone has any symptoms, but our no show fees are still in place. hey there. ! things are going great at the salon! i want to thank everyone for their cooperation and their patience you are all so fantastic and ive missed yous! A little reminder that we are taking temperatures upon walking in. The health unit and health inspector has advised us to refuse anyone higher then 37.8 C temperature. the weather is very hot , we are going to allow a 10 min cool down if you are over the temperature, but please do not run here or work out right before your appointment as we may not be allowed to let you in and the rebooking wait time is quite far ahead. stay safe and stay cool .

hey everyone , weve got some good news today! hairstylists are able to go back to work as of friday shear beauty hair salon will only reopen monday! i am getting everyones messages, but please be patient as im working in order of people that were booked or that has contacted me first. please leave 1 message and as soon as i get to yours i will be sure to book you in. many are calling 5-6 times in a row but please hesitate from doing that as it is making it hard for me to even use to my phone to answer anyone. thank you cant wait to see everyone. jess

We are prepping the salon ! We still have no news of when we can re-open , but when we do, we will be as safe , as protected as possible ! Each client will get a new bin with a clean cape, clean towels and washed clips. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer and absolutely everything has been cleaned top to bottom and will be cleaned throughout after each client. looking forward to seeing you all sooner then later. Just a quick little shoutout, i want to thank everyone that has done things to support me and my business during this tough time. I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy and i truly hope to see you all soon before everyone has a half head of white hair ! Yes i am expecting to fix funny haircuts as well as funny colors. But please try to have as much patience as you can. Everyone is going through it.

Dear clients, Due to the COVID-19 Shear Beauty Hairstyling as well as other beauty salons have decided to close as of march 18th. This action is being taken as a precautionary measure to limit the possibility of virus transmission. We care about the safety of our clients as well as ourselves. An update amidst the Covid-19 outbreak Shear Beauty Hairstyling will be continuing to work as usually as long as safely allowed. We will continue to use our cleaning/disinfecting protocols. Disinfecting Chairs and tables between every client as well as doorknobs etc. If you are sick with any cold-like or flu-like symptoms, please cancel your hair or massage appointment. If youve been out of the country in the last 14days please do not come into the salon until youve self ...quarantined. We are trying to keep Ourselves and our clients safe. Dear clients, please note that Shear Beauty Hairstyling will be more strict with our NO SHOW policies. ... Any missed chemical service appointments will have a no show fee of 40$. Clients will NOT be able to reschedule until that fee is paid. Unfortunately no shows happen too often (4-10 times per week). Any missed haircut appointments will have a no show fee of 10$. Unfortunately it is not fair for us as well as other clients trying to get appointments. Also for LATE clients, 10 minutes late is no longer acceptable unless it has been pre arranged. It shortens the next clients time , takes our lunch time away or has us rushing through our appointments. Not a fun atmosphere for anyone. Clients that are late will be rescheduled to another day.
