Yesterday our province has mandated we stay closed until January 9th. We miss our time at the salon especially this time of year! The decorations, the excited chatter about holiday plans, snacks, holiday makeovers, Christmas parties the list goes on. To our amazingly loyal clients we want to thank you for your continued support of purchasing gift cards and curbside pick up! We are so grateful and miss you all terribly!! Although this year looks very different we are anxious...ly awaiting our return!! All appointments will be cancelled until further notice We will be contacting everyone in order their appointments have been missed to rebook! The world looks quite different for a lot of us this morning. We want to take a moment to thank our amazing clients who came to see us till the 11th hour (literally) we honestly cannot express how much your loyalty means to us. Also to those who are purchasing curbside pick up and gift cards. It is truly appreciated. A HUGE thank you to our staff who have worked their butts off the past 6 months to keep our clients in a safe & clean environment, as well as killing it with t...heir nails, hair and skin therapy skills! Its been an emotional time and you've all been our heros showing up day after day without a complaint. Although we are disappointed and disagree with the governments decision to shut our industry down we will persevere as we always do. Dear Clients, Thank you so much for being patient while we sort out the details of how the recent announcement from Health Canada impacts our business. As of 11:59 on Wednesday, November 11th, we will be closing for a minimum of two incubation periods (four weeks), or until futher notice based on provincial and federal mandates.... During this time, we kindly ask that you respect our stylists and estheticians by refraining to contact them personally for appointments. Our staff will not be offering appointments privately out of their homes. Once we are aware of our reopening timelines, we will start by contacting our clients with existing appointments starting with bookings that were made for November 12th.
