Hey everyone! Thank you all for being patient while we have been closed these last couple of months. We have some exciting news, the salon will be open on May 19th. We will be accepting online booked appointments starting Sunday May 17th. Please go to https://www.vagaro.com/shearssalon1?ig_fbb=true to book your appointments, we will not be doing Facebook appointments any longer sorry for the inconvenience. We will also have some new rules as outlined by worksafe bc... 1. Masks will be required at all times. If you do not have one we will have them for a 3$ charge 2. We do not have a waiting room you will be called or texted when we are ready for your appointment. 3. We will not be accepting walk ins at this time 4. We will only be accepting appointments on the Vagaro website or by phone. 5. No one else is allowed to come in for your appointment. Even for kids. Unfortunately if your child can not sit by themselves we will not be able to do their hair at this time. 6. You must sanitize your hands before entering the salon. 7. The bathroom is for staff only. 8. Social distancing whenever possible. 9. If you have any symptoms of illness please cancel your appointment. No exceptions. 10. No hugs or handshakes as much as we have missed you all! No physical contact that is unnecessary. 11. We will not be doing beard trims or moustache trims. We are very excited to see all of you, but please bear with us as this is all new to us as well. Keep in mind if we are caught breaking any of the rules it is a hefty fine. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe.

Hey everyone! As you may have seen on the news salons will be starting to open in the next 2-4 weeks. We do not have a set day as we have many rules and regulations to go over. Things will look very different everyone will be required to wear masks, and we will still be social distancing as much as possible within the shop. None of us are willing to risk our familys health or a 25k$ fine for doing your hair. ... So please dont ask us to do that, it puts us in a tough spot of having to dispoint our clients. We wish we could but with the reality of what is going on it just isnt safe. Please repect our staff by not asking. Thank you all for your continued support!

Hey everyone! We have decided after receiving lots of messages, we will be starting to sell hair product during this closure. It will be etransfer only, and starting on Monday so we have time to get things in order. Pick up will be in Langford at the owners home. Our team is taking extra precautions as it pertains to cleanliness in the salon. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are readily available throughout for our clients as well. ...
