Just wanna let all our wonderful clients know we are happy to be back at it as we have missed everyone, as a result of being closed for almost 3 months we are totally booked till the middle to the end of July for hair. We are sorry there is such a long wait for an appointment but we are doing our best to accommodate every. If you still dont have an appointment please call to get one but be prepared it will be the later part of July unless we have cancellations. Sadie does have appointments open for nails or pedicures in the mean time . So get your hands and feet summer ready!

So as most people know we got the go ahead to open salons tomorrow Friday June 5th, but we at Shear Touch Hair Design are waiting to reopen on Monday June 8th.... So since masks are mandatory for everyone that works in the salon as well as clients, I decided this morning to wear mine while I do housework to get used to wearing it. Well hopefully it gets easier cause I didnt last 10mins and felt like I was suffocating! I am asthmatic so Im sure this is why its really hard for me.I have no idea how I am ever going to handle it for consecutive hours at a time not to mention when we are shampooing clients we then also have to wear a sheild on top of the mask! I didnt sign up for this! Pray for all salon and spa workers as this is going to be extremely hard See more

So we finally got a reopen date ! Friday June 5th. We are not going to open till Monday June 8th. This will give us a bit more time to get the finishing touches done as alot of things are on back order. Now starting out we are only going to start out with half days as none of us are sure how many consecutive hours we will be able to wear the mask and shield. Just wanna let all our clients know that I (Shannon) just sat in on a conference call about discussing the new regulations that will be in place once we are allowed to reopen, we will have them emailed to us late this afternoon and as soon as I receive them I will post them here for everyone. There still isnt any date set for us to open other then when the economy opens we will be opening also. Also would like to let everyone know that with all the new regulations we will not be able to serve as many clients a day as we normally could so this will increase the wait times for appointments unfortunately.

Still no word on an opening date yet but as soon as we hear we will let everyone know,, thanks for your patience and looking forward to seeing all our amazing clients in the future

We will be required to wear masks, gloves, face shields and clothing dedicated for work only. Also our clients will be required to wear a mask also for the entire appointment, asked a few questions before we can start along with (touchless) temperatu...re being taken. We have also taken out our waiting area so we can properly distance our stations, so this will mean you will need to wait in your vehicles till we let you know its your turn. This is definitely going to be a whole different way of operating then what we are used to but in time things will eventually get back to the way they were. As soon as we hear anything I will post it here. Cant wait to see everyone in our chairs See more
