Well that didn’t take long! We stuffed the heck out of our appt book today, leaving us booked solid for the remainder of the year. We’re taking names for our cancellation list and still booking nail trims and gland expressions where we can, but we will need a few days notice if you need these services. Thanks everyone! Bandit here to tell you that the grooming elves have been crazy busy taking bookings for Christmas appointments and as of today, we only have a few spots left for either short-coated 1-hour bath-n-nails dogs such as labs, beagles, bullies, pugs etc, or quickie Bath-n-Tidies (bath and dry with face/feet/fanny trims) for small to medium dogs only (no dematting or body clipping). We are fully booked for large h...airy beasties and full grooming for smalls until the New Year. The spaces left are scattered at random times throughout December. If you want to secure a spot, get in touch now as they will be scooped up in no time. We have also started filling our 2021 book - those of you that book your entire year ahead of time, let us know the dates you’d like and we can get pooch scheduled for you. Over that time, we have been through SO much, from you starting with me during a wild Christmas rush, broken limbs, not one but two shop floods - one of which sent us on one helluva memorable (forgettable?) summer adventure, global pandemics, bites, hundreds of doggy friends, ups, downs, uncertainty, excitement and so much more. Girl, you’re so much more than an employee. You’re my shop wife, and more like a sister. You treat our clients great, the dogs love you, and I can’t imagine things around here without you. So from me, Lil B, Hawksley, Ruby, Rosa & Sen, wishing you the happiest of birthdays today. Now get to work

During our rebuild, you will find signage on our front door directing you to our rear entrance - this is the door to watch for. All drop-offs and pick-ups will take place here until construction is complete. There is room for one vehicle to park, so we ask for your patience as we expedite customer services. Please do not block the chainlink fence of our neighbours as they too require alley access. Thanks everyone!

Christmas is apparently only 39 days away...and we will be working for 28 of them, making sure your beasties are looking and feeling like a million paws for the holidays. A few things as we head into another busy season: November is fully booked for grooming, but we can still schedule nail trims/glands most days. December is filling insanely fast - we have NO Saturday grooming appt spaces available until the New Year (sorry guys). But if a weekday works, we will find a spot ...for your furkids. Limited spaces left for large breeds and labour intensive grooms such as doodles. Please get in touch asap if you don’t want to miss out. Masks are mandatory when entering our salon - please be courteous of our staff and keep your mask over both your nose and mouth and practice safe social distancing. Our rebuild is nearing completion and we are so excited for you to see our bright new home! We ask that all dogs are on a lead and under control, flexi leads locked, when entering the salon to avoid damage or injuries. We now have a small selection of treats, bully sticks, grooming products, grooming tools and accessories for purchase which you will find in our reception area. Now you can treat your good boys and girls after their groom with the added perk of one less stop to make. Sneak peak! Waited a loooooooong time to post this. We moved back up front over the weekend - FINALLY! - there’s still a bit of finishing work to be done next week but we’re quickly making ourselves back at home in our new, bright, beautiful digs

Hello, friends, A quick update: For anyone that doesn't know, our shop was flooded and destroyed back in the June 13th hail storm, and we have been working away in our rear bay since, awaiting our rebuild. We got word just this morning that the contractor will be starting our repairs tomorrow (Thursday, October 1st). There is much work to be done and it will take a number of days/weeks to complete. ... We have had to do quite a lot of rescheduling this year due to both the flood in the shop as well as short-staffing because of Covid, and we appreciate your patience with us over these months. That said, there will be some last-minute rescheduling that we will need to do in order to make our bathing area and storefront clear for construction to be completed. We do not yet have a solid timeline for how long this will be taking place but hope to provide further information in the coming days. We will be in touch with you asap if your appointment will need to be moved and thank you all in advance for your understanding. We're really looking forward to getting back in our shop to be able to help as many doggies as we can. Once we are settled back in, we will open our schedules to walk-in services once again. Hi friends, Writing with some sadness. Due to a very high number of no-call/no-shows the last few weeks, we will be adding a fee of 30% of the price of your dogs missed appt to their next grooming bill if you do not alert us to your cancellation with at least 24 hours notice. I am heavy hearted to say the least. Many clients are waiting weeks for appts and we want to help as many doggies as possible - something we can only do if we know we have a space available and have enough heads-up to be able to call another dog in need in. Thank you all for understanding.
