Hello to my clients both regulars & new! I have my policies and information posted in the salon but with a lot of new clients booking through Facebook I’ve decided to make sure it’s also pinned on my page! I am receiving so many texts, messages & calls on the daily, and sometimes I don’t get back to everybody right away feel free to re-write me after a day with no response to remind me you’re waiting! With being a mom & running 2 business’ sometimes I forget and new ...messages push yours down! This is never on purpose and I apologize but I encourage you to remind me you’re waiting! Lol We only now accepting cash ONLY! No debit machine at this time. We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later 15 minutes after scheduled time. I book by the half hour, so 15 minutes doesnt give me much time! Stuff happens! I know that! Traffic coming from work, etc. If you call to inform me that you are running late, I’ll offer a 15 minute grace period, however, the salon reserved a right to refuse service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late as said above! If you do not show up for your appointment without letting me know, after 2 no shows, I will need a deposit to book/hold an appointment for you. I completely understand when stuff comes up and you need to cancel & reschedule! Happens to all of us! But we have set a new policy in place: cancelations must be given 24 hour notice or there will be a fee. My best interest is always the integrity of your hair and keeping my clients happy, please keep this in mind when asking me to to above & beyond for a service I don’t quite think is for you! If you truly insist I will get you to sign a chemical service waiver. Waivers will need to be signed before performing any type of hair extension service. Wedding deposits are NON refundable! Deposits are put in place to keep your spot, and I’ve likely already declined other brides because it’s booked! Thank you all so much for keeping me going and understanding rules!

Good morning everyone & Happy New Year! I’m officially starting back to work on Wednesday, but am starting to reply to all messages today. And I am now booking appointments! If you’d like to book an appointment please message here Please note the following changes for 2021: ... I will attach the 2021 price list for services with myself (Shawna) below. Alot of people message asking prices, so I’ve created a list for everyone to view. (Taxes not included) I will now be accepting CASH ONLY. This is the easiest method for me right now. It gets hard to keep track of email transfers when they are not sent right away, or errors happen. So this is the best method for me right now There will be a waiver for any and all hair extensions services! The waiver just states you will follow at home hair care to keep your hair extensions life longer, etc. Cancelation Fees: I know stuff comes up last minute and that is totally ok! But there will now be a cancelation fee if you aren’t able to give 24 hours notice for canceling! Late policy: this is not new, just a reminder! we cannot guarantee services after 15 minutes or more of being late to your appointment. I can’t wait to get back at it and see you all :)

We are officially finished and finally starting our Christmas holidays it was great month getting you all ready for mad rush! So we can finally take that well deserved break, and focus on quality time with family, we will be taking a break from answering messages work related and all messages will be answered in the new year!
