We had the privilege to cater an amazing wedding with a plated 7 course meal not too long ago. Involved were some amazing guests, hosts and vendors. Too many to list but here is a few professionals we had the pleasure of working with. Catering - @sheilascatering Planning/Design -@brightgrayevents Photography - @efraserphoto... Florist - @wildrabbitflowers Rentals - @thelittleweddingshoppe Rentals - @bespokedecor Rentals - @lonsdalerentals Menu: 1. Three Cheese Bruschetta w/ basil & watercress pesto, sundried tomato jam, aged balsamic, micro greens. 2. Burrata Cheese w/ arugula and heirloom tomato salad, evoo, raspberry and lavender vinegar reduction. 3. Ahi Tuna w/ avocado mousse, pickled radish, cool cukes, lemon oil, smoked maldon salt. 4. Seared Scallops w/ sweet corn puree, roasted corn, chorizo iberico jam. 5. Saffron Butter Poached Lobster w/ asparagus veloutee and tips, herb gnocchi, thyme oil. 6. Herb Encrusted Rack of Lamb, tourned potatoes and carrots, soffrito sauce. 7. Profiterole stuffed with chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline, vanilla bean ice cream, blackberry balsamic coulis.
