FISH DERBY 2020 Shell Lake Fire Department and Fish Derby Committee would like to thank the major sponsors and prize donors for their generous contributions; all people who purchased tickets and came out to fish on the SNOWY wintry day; the great volunteers who helped at so many different jobs. Without your help we couldn’t have done it. The winners at the derby were: Early Bird prize ($300) Morgan Pierce, Saskatoon; There were two (2) fish caught: first fish caught ($...100) Ed Hupaelo, Blaine Lake; largest fish caught ($5000) Iain MacDougall, Prince Albert; 2nd largest ($2000) Ed Hupaelo, Blaine Lake; 3rd ($1000) Shantelle Yablonski, Saskatoon; Junior fisherman ($50) Bentley Peters, Saskatoon. A total of only 2 fish were weighed in. Once again, the people of Shell Lake and surrounding area show their dedicated community spirit and support for a worthwhile cause! THANK YOU! See more
