Many of us struggle with the long winters in North America. The good news is we are on the downside of winter and days are getting longer!

It doesn't have to be like this. Early diagnosis, intervention and treatment can help eliminate the shame we experience. Love, understanding and patience are essential. And if you are the ADDer, LD person, remember that you are not broken, you have an invisible difference that happens to have visible outcomes. You are so much more than grades!!!
