A quick edit from yesterday's model shoot with photog friend Brian - the lovely Cassidy.

One of the photos from a recent study on a very old prayer book discovered at St. Mary's Anglican. Dated 1858, before St. Mary's as a parish even existed! Thanks to Norman McMullen for including me.

Here are some of the photos from the fundraiser event I was working on Saturday. Female singer - moody. Crop, add white vignette. Drummer - fun! Crop. Drum - artsy. Crop, increase colour saturation. Singer and fundraiser recipient dancing - very emotional. Crop, heavy dark vignette to concentrate light on her face.... And finally - the mistake! I didn't allow enough time for the flash to recharge so the image was severely underexposed. There was very little detail to retrieve. So ..... I converted it to a silhouette. Major increase in contrast, major increase in blask. Also emotional, and a good closing image. All editing done just on jpgs in Adobe Bridge/Camera Raw. All possible in Photoshop Elements or ON1.
