January 30, 2021 Dear Elders and Families, On Thursday, we conducted a second round of mass Covid-19 testing for the residents and staff of Kinsmen Village. Unfortunately, we have one additional resident who has tested positive for the virus.... There are now 10 residents in total who have tested positive for Covid-19 in the Kinsmen Village. The families of the affected residents have been notified. Following Public Health protocol all residents in the Kinsmen Village remain on additional precautions and isolated to their rooms. At this time, our staffing levels remain strong. Any staff who test positive during the outbreak will be self-isolating at home. We will provide daily updates on the Covid-19 Outbreak through email as well as on our website and Facebook. Thank you for your support during this very challenging time.
Many people known as the "Other Village People" decided to join their voices to encourage our amazing team of staff down in Kinsmen Village who are just doing a wonderful job taking care of our beloved Elders under very challenging circumstances. Get ready for our version of a sea shanty!
Good morning. It is with sadness that we are sharing with you the news that we will be implementing further visitor restrictions at Sherbrooke. The details of these restrictions are in the posted letter that has been sent to families and Elders. I am sorry to be sharing this news with you this morning, but as always, our number priority is the safety of our Elders and staff. ... If you have any questions or concerns, please contact myself or your neighbourhood manager. Thank you for your continued support of our community during these very challenging times. Eric Anderson - Communications Leader

Here we take a look at Jeremiah 36. It is a look at pride in leadership when confronted by God.
We are excited to be hosting a Virtual Town Hall for Elders and family members next Tuesday, November 24th, at 6:30pm in partnership with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. We value hearing from you, and we want to explore what it is going well and what needs improving here at Sherbrooke. An email was sent yesterday to Elders and families with details on the virtual town hall. If you would like to attend this online event, please RSVP to [email protected]
