I am thankful to everyone who has come to my classes, who has spoken about my classes (thank you for spreading the word!) and those who have supported me in these past 2.5 months. I am grateful to each and every one of you! I couldn't have asked for a more fun, exciting, strong and enthusiastic group this morning. Happy Thanksgiving Monday! This group was on fire today.

Finally settled in to our new house with this amazing gym in my basement. Personal Training is what I do, and I LOVE what I do!! Contact me for prices and availability. Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:30am I offer awesome 1-hour drop-in group circuit classes for only $15 out of my basement gym! Come kick some butt! My drop-in circuit classes vary from bootcamp style to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style to strength training classes. In this 60-minute full body workout, classes will combine cardio and strength training using various equipment like medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, battle ropes, BOSU, bodyweight, skipping and much more. We will be targeting all muscle groups and core in each class. All fitness levels are welcome in this friendly, fun atmosphere. Bring your workout shoes, water and you might want a towel ;) Come ready to sweat, work hard, and of course, have fun!
Working out at home can be done...even if you get the kids involved! My son was excited to do these exercises.

Working out with a partner is always a great way to stay motivated and keep on track. Push each other. TRX push ups & Wall Sits. Chest Press with legs at 90 degrees engages the abs and intensifies the exercise.
It's always good to change up your routine, add a little boxing to your workout! Throw back to March 27/17.
It takes a lot strength and control to remain on the stability ball while holding weights, especially doing bicep curls. Core, legs, upper body is all working together.
Plié Squats with Upright Row (be carful not to lift elbows too high, avoid working the neck - lead with elbows, not hands).
Battle ropes work your abs, arms, back and glutes. It is a great muscle-toning, cardio intensive workout.
Balancing on a stability ball is a lot harder than it looks! Works legs, core and balance.
