Hi Everyone, Hope you are all keeping well. Just a quick update. Weve had a change in our directive from the Chief Medical Officer to gradually restart regular routine care. We are planning to begin seeing regular patients staring Monday, June 1st, 2020 on abbreviated hours.

Due to the current events - We have received guidance from the College of Optometrists with strong recommendations to reduce services to urgent and essential care to help reduce community spread of the corona-virus. Reduced hours will take effect from March 17, 2020 to March 29, 2020.

Have you ever wondered what the doctor is looking for during an eye exam? Here are some simple tests that you can try at home without even leaving your desk. Determining your blind spot is part of doing a visual field test (a requirement for filling out certain Ministry of Transportation of Ontario forms), and knowing your dominant eye is important for fitting some types of contact lenses.
