Beautiful privately owned cottage in Sherkston Shores resort. Sherkston Shores is a premier beach resort located on the sandy shores of Lake Erie, Located 20 minutes south of Niagara Falls, it’s a short drive from the GTA and a less than 20 minutes from Peace bridge- Buffalo USA. The cottage is very clean, well maintained and a comfortable home away from home. It’s located in the best area of Sherkston - Wyldwood beach and it’s literally steps away from the lake (second row f...rom beach). The 1 bedroom cottage sleeps 6. Master bedroom-Queen, and the two sofas turn into beds, and one sofa can be turned into a room. Rental includes the following features and use of: A full Kitchen with Gas Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Small Appliances, Kitchen utensils, pots/pans and dishes. Central Air Conditioning/Heat/ fan Barbeque/ propane tank included Firepit (firewood available for purchase at resort store) Wifi throughout the Park Flat Screen TV (Cable TV) DVD Player All you need to bring is your bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, food and toys/games that you and your family enjoy. No smoking inside the cottage. FOR 2018 RENTAL SEASON OFF PEAK PERIOD May 1- June 29 and Sept 7 - Oct 26 $1000 per week(Mon- Mon or Fri- Fri) $ 800 (Mon-Fri ) $ 700 (Fri - Mon) PEAK SEASON June 29- Sept 7 $1,700 per week (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday) $1000 (Friday to Monday) $800 (Monday to Friday) Golf Cart-$300 per week OR $50 a day(if renting the golf cart it must be rented for your whole stay) *Special rates apply for holiday long weekends- please inquire* A rental deposit equalling 50% of the total amount due or $500 (whichever is less) is required on booking. Payment can be made by bank electronic e-transfers or cash. On all reservations, the balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, payment must be made in full. $300 refundable security deposit required prior to arrival $50 refundable key deposit fee. The resort offers daily & nightly entertainment, Saturday evening fireworks and the following amenities: Two & 1/2 miles of groomed sandy beach 2 heated swimming pools A splash pad 3 water slides 18 hole mini putt On site paintball & rock climbing Boston Pizza Coin-op laundry Grocery store *We do not provide passes to the pool and splash area, these can be purchased at the site office. Sports courts are available for use at no extra charge (Tennis, basketball, floor hockey, pickleball, skateboard, soccer and volleyball) IMPORTANT NOTES: -must be at least 25 years old to rent the cottage -maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on site -maximum of 6 people allowed sleeping on the site -smoking permitted outside of the cottage only -must be 18 or older and have a valid full license to drive the golf cart - Upon check out, rental unit must be left cleaned and vacuumed, with garbage removed.
