The magic of Christmas is in the airand we have news to share! Candy Cane Cabin Santa will be returning this year a little differently. He will be safely be nestled in his cozy Candy Cane Cabin. Bookings for photos are online only this year. The Candy Cane Cabin is his safe and secret cabin is in the old Pier one location beside DSW.... Candy Cane Cabin Here is what to Expect! *Please read details there will be no exceptions. There will be no direct contact with Santa All appointments must be booked in advanced Appointment bookings to open November 20, 2020 Santa arrives November 27- December 24 Guests and staff will be wearing a mask or facial covering throughout the experience. Until the very moment of the photo is the only time a mask can be removed. Masks must be held and not placed on any surface. If we see abuse of this we reserve the right to make masks mandatory throughout the entire experience. Only those in the photo are allowed to remove masks. For any conversations with Santa, a mask must be worn. We are doing our best to make this a safe experience for everyone. All staff, including Santa, will receive a temperature check at the start of each shift. All guests are also required to receive a temperature check before entering. To keep Santa and families safe, guests will be asked to sit on a bench in front of Santa’s Candy Cane Cabin or stand in front of it for a professional photo opportunity. Please note: photographs on personal devices is not permitted this year. Candy Cane Cabin is designed with one-way traffic flow through entrance/exit points, candy cane marked waiting areas, with few touchpoints designated entrance and exit numerous hand sanitizing stations.
