Cod liver oil is an amazing, nutrient-dense, traditional #fertility food. It's full of omega-3 fatty acids (which help with hormone balance, lowering stress, enhancing egg and sperm quality, and improving circulation to the reproductive organs), and is a great source of vitamins A and D (fat-soluble vitamins that are hard to get enough of if we aren't eating foods like liver and oysters regularly, and are essential for reproductive health).
