Note, if you call in or email an order, the order request comes directly to our store for us to oversee. If a product is ordered using the online Home Hardware website, the item may take up to 10 days for us to receive it at the store. The products that are being ordered online through Home Hardware may be in-stock at Shield’s Home Hardware and may be available that day! If customers call/email us directly to inquire about a product that is not in-stock, we will be more than happy to order it for you!

We have started our curbside service! Please place your order by email [email protected] OR by phone at 705-454-3342 Please take the time to view the Home Hardware website at homehardware.ca and locate the item number(s) you wish to order.... This allows for faster service. Please allow us 30 minutes to complete your order. If possible, please pay for your order over the phone, if you cannot, please see our cashier at the front entrance, then proceed to the rear to pick up your order. We are open every day 7:30 am to 5 pm. Credit or debit is preferred. Thank you for you patience and your patronage in these rough times. Stay safe.
