Shift is excited to announce that in order to better serve our patients' needs, we have expanded our full range of clinical rehabilitation services and client service team and have moved to the Arbour Medical Centre at 281 Stone Road East! Our ongoing commitment to a Team approach to patient care will continue to drive the best possible patient outcomes.

Dear clients, starting on May 8th we will no longer be open on Sundays!

If you wish to continue your membership through the month of May please advise our front desk staff immediately!

Dear clients, we will be closed on Saturday, May 14th for an event, and Monday, May 23rd for Victoria Day!

In conjunction with its move to the Arbour Medical Centre at 281 Stone Road East, Shift Inc. is excited to announce that it is finalizing an agreement with Wayne Burke and Adam Martin which will see them take over operation of the training facilities at 80 Southgate Drive, effective June 1, 2016. To ensure a seamless transition for all Shift gym members and clients, Wayne and Adam will continue to deliver training programs on behalf of Shift throughout the May transition per...iod. We appreciate your patience throughout this transition process as Wayne and Adam provide the same level of client service to which you’ve become accustomed. As long-time members of the Shift team, we wish Wayne and Adam great success and look forward to continuing to build an on-going relationship with their new business venture to support our individual and mutual clients.
