As a Certified Change Management Professional and Associate Certified Coach, I have to agree that the combination of these two certifications is powerful. In fact, working in change management for over 10 years is what prompted my taking the Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads. I found most of my time in change was spent coaching impacted employees, front line leaders and executive sponsors in their roles during change.
