Hi everyone! I want to apologise for being quiet on the posting front. I went through a time of uncertainty and life situation changes and with that some challenging decisions had to be made. But those decisions have been made and implemented. I've decided to "shift" my life in a different direction and I've recently relocated to the British Virgin Islands. Yoga in the park is continuing and it has been renamed "Yoga in Riley Park". The Saturday classes are being led by Rah...ul Johnson who was very present at a lot of my classes throughout the years. The next classes are May 13, June 3 and June 10 at 11am in Riley Park. Don't hesitate to contact Rahul with any questions.
