While ‘mask mouth’ isn’t a technical term, it is an oral health condition people are newly experiencing. Xerostomia, or dry mouth is now being experienced by many. It is most often associated with various medical conditions and medications. Increased incidence of dryness in the mouth is being caused by mouth breathing while mask wearing.
