Shine Covid-19 Update The Shine Team has been working hard, behind the scenes, ensuring that we are able to re-open in the safest possible manner. We are excited to announce that we will be fully re-opened on Tuesday June 2nd and will be providing most of our services (some spa services may not be available at this time). The team has been busy contacting guests, who had to postpone their appointments, in order to rebook new appointments in the coming weeks. We haven't been a...ble to contact everyone yet, but rest assured we are working on it. We have had to temporarily suspend the online booking portal as we need to ensure that we book enough time, after each appointment, to get ready for the next guest. We also need to be able to speak with each guest, at the time of booking, so that we are able to explain the new processes within the salon so that guests know what to expect. Please call us at the salon (778) 416-5656 or message us on Facebook if you would like to book an appointment. We will not be taking walk-in clients for the foreseeable future - all guests must book ahead of time so that we are able to maintain a safe environment in the salon. We are encouraging guests, who would like to purchase retail products, to make their retail purchases at the same time as their appointments. If guests cannot wait until their appointment, to purchase products, we will continue to offer curbside pick-up. We have made the decision to implement a temporary $5 Covid-19 fee to help offset the additional costs associated with the increased sanitizing procedures within the salon, increased PPE & sanitizer costs, and social distancing protocols mandated by Worksafe BC, the Provincial Health Officer’s office, and the Minister of Health. We will be posting our full Covid-19 Safety Plans on our website, we encourage guests to read them prior to coming to the salon. We thank everyone for their patience, and understanding, while we navigate through these unprecedented times. We may have to modify our policies as the Covid-19 situation evolves. We will post updates if that happens.
