Zoom Yoga classes begin next week! Check out the info below~ Wednesday's are going to be a great P.E.class for everyone!We have collaborated with Jennifer Valkenburg-James from FitHappens Jen will begin the class at 1:00pm with 15 minutes of fitness, and Pam will end the class with 15 minutes of yoga and savasana. This will be a 4 week session, any age is welcome. $40 for the session per household. ... On Fridays we have Karma Yoga with Pam~ 1:00-1:30 Again, any ages welcome This will also be a 4 week session, but cost of this session is by donation, with all funds going to the Animal Foodbank. To register please send an email to [email protected] We will send out the zoom link and password to get in, as well as the information for how the zoom classes will work. Payment can be sent via email transfer or PayPal We hope everyone is staying happy and healthy!

As the weeks go on, the lockdowns continue, and people lose their income, there may be people out there who simply cannot afford the day to day necessities. If you are concerned about you or your child not being able to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner feel free to PM (private msg) me with no fear, guilt or shame. I will do what I can to help. A cooked meal, a box of cereal, milk, bread, eggs, cheese, jam, whatever it may be, I will do my best to help. Do not feel embarrassed a...s we all need help at times and we’re all in this together. If you can help one person feed their family during this time, even just one meal then copy and paste to your page to let others know they can come to you for support xx
