Easy Apple Fritters with Floating Leaf pancake mix. Made these the other morning by mixing 1 1/4 cups mix with about 1 cup apple juice ( make a very thick batter). Add some cinnamon and nutmeg to taste, two chopped apples and fry in some oil. You can sprinkle some icing sugar or dip in syrup.
