Shooting Stars Theatre

Classes start in a little over a week! There is still space and time ledger to register for this year! I know things will feel different and it can be scary but we still need art in our lives during these times, in fact I think even more so. We will be following the guidelines from the school district with the student health checklist and practice social distancing and masks will be preferred when we are not doing certain exercises. Your actor’s safety and comfort is our top priority! Contact [email protected] to register! Registration will stay open until the middle of October and there will possibly be a chance to register in January.

I hope everyone is enjoying their labour day long weekend! I am so excited to be offering classes. I know these are different times we are living in but I feel confident in providing a safe environment for students to enhance their acting and theatrical skills in a positive space. There is still time to register!

Brochures should be ready tomorrow! I am happy to offer classes this season, I have updated times: Theatre level 1 (ages 8 to 10) begins in October and will be from 5 to 6 pm on Thursdays Theatre level 2 (ages 11 to 13) begins Tuesday,September 22nd and will be from 530 to 645... Theatre level 3 (ages 14 to 18) begins Thursday, September 24th and will be from 615 to 730 Classes for the time being will be held at St Michael’s, each class needs at least 6 students to run and has a limit of 14 students each

The brochure for fall should be released this coming weekend! Our theatre level 1 class for ages 8 to 10 will be offered Tuesdays, our level 2 class for ages 11 to 13 will be offered Wednesdays, and our level 3 class for ages 14 to 18 will be offered Thursdays. Each class needs at least 6 students to run, with a capacity of 14 students. Our level 3 class may accept younger students that have at least 1 year of acting experience. Stay tuned for the brochure!
