We have come across a quality control issue with the clasp style that we have on our Walk By Good Boy leash. Although the majority of the clasps have not had any issues, we have decided to change the clasp style entirely. We only want the best for our customers and their dogs and the quality of our products is very important to us. If you have noticed any issues with the clasp on your Walk By Good Boy leash or would like to change to the new clasp, please feel free to bring it back to us. We are happy to replace the clasp on your leash free of charge.
