These are designed to convert new customers to regular customers, regular customers to loyal customers, and keep loyal customers coming back to your shop. How Does it Work?... Price per Piece: $1.55 for non-Members (addressed envelope) Includes text campaign (with managed replies and database cleanup) Text #1, 1 week after mailing, notifying customers to keep an eye on their mailbox. Text #2, just before expiration, noting if they haven’t received to let us know and we’ll note the file, and extending expiration date by one month. If you are Customer Experience Group (formerly BDC) member, all appointments will be booked into your SMS. If not, they will be forwarded to yourself or your Advisor(s).
