I did try the balm shortly after Berni first created it and I must say that I noticed a difference within about 20 minutes. I also noticed that I was sleeping better if I applied shortly before bed. I have since tried the Magnesium Bath Salt and love it. I have also tried the Magnesium Face Day Cream and am very pleased with the results.... Thank you Pam Garvey for the great review. I have very sensitive skin and react to a lot of products. Love the day and night cream they feel great on my skin even addressed the small flakey patch on my forehead. The balm is also great does the job and is not greasy like some other magnesium balms I have tried. Haven't tried the spray yet but expect it to be great as well.
