Tell us why you got your flu shot! "I have personally been getting my annual flu shot for a number of years- following having the flu which impacted my whole family at the same time. Prior to that, I had had bad colds that I thought were the flu but they were not. When I actually had the flu, I understood the difference between a bad cold and a flu. My asthmatic daughter had a very difficult time. My commitment to getting the flu shot has been strengthened given what we have ...just been through. During COVID-19, we had a staggering reminder of how our personal choices impact those that we serve. COVID-19 was introduced in to our facility and it had a devastating impact on a vulnerable population.
