Our first High Performance Training session will be on Saturday, September 19 at the Saskatoon Inn. This program challenges our athletes and prepares them for competitions and improved fitness. Each session is 3 hours long and will be every two weeks. Please register on line if you are interested. The High Performance Classes are an additional charge of $25.00/month.

Welcome back athletes! This season we have added Zoom Fitness Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as a Zoom Advanced Class on Wednesdays for anyone who wants additional training this season. These classes run 6:30 to 7:15pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. These challenging classes will be an important part of the training program for our serious athletes. Please register on line if you are interested. The 3 Zoom classes are an additional charge of $25.00/month.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER TODAY! Welcome back all karate athletes and families. -Your athlete must be registered online for the 2020/2021 season before they can attend classes.... -Come in your gi, there are no change rooms. -Wear a mask when entering the dojo and after class when exiting. -Bring a plastic grocery bag to bring your shoes downstairs with the athlete. We now have separate entrance and exits. See you soon!

Season Opening Super Bottle Drive Fundraiser Our 2020/2021 regular karate season is beginning. Fundraising is a tremendous opportunity to help our young amazing athletes train and compete. It is also a great opportunity to be with your karate friends and have some fun! Hot dog lunch will be served for all participants.... We have updated our Fundraising Policy as well. Here are some of the important changes: 1. Funds are shared distributed with those that worked the fundraising event. 2. Funds remain in the community account and can be allocated for training fees, travel, or equipment. Karate fees must be current to allocate to travel or equipment. 3. Parents, friends and siblings are counted towards the allocation of fundraising equally per event.
