Completely forgot to finish posting this job. Here is the before and after of this small bedroom. The homeowner was able to get the same material that the developer used when this apartment was first built. So I extended the main floor into the bedroom with a laminate flooring. I was also able to remove the doorway transition and lace in the new flooring to the existing so that she now has a seemless floor running throughout the entire suite. Just wrapped up this job today. I was hired to install this unfinished 3-1/4" white oak engineered hardwood. This floor was glued down to the concrete subfloor on top of a moisture barrier primer, gotta protect these new floors. Glue downs are a lot of work and quite pricey but the end result is a beautiful floor that will last a lifetime. Just finished tiling this fireplace surround for a previous client. Earlier this year she hired me to install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in her two bathrooms upstairs and in her living room downstairs. I spent Friday and Saturday this week helping my father in law build a new deck. The old deck was rotten and falling down, we think it was only being held up by the massive ivy vine that was growing on it. All said and done we think we did a pretty good job for two rookies. @ Fort Langley Village

Spent the weekend working on a project for the family. I never thought I was good enough to make something like this. But after getting some tips from a guy at @windsorsurrey I was able to make this standalone cabinet. This is a new dog house for my sister in law. Her puppy now is living in luxury I think. Just finished a little project for the wifey. We figured out that the plants weren't on the right spot on the ground so they needed to be raised up. Plus I had no where to put my beer. Hence two new end tables for the patio.

Tools for sale! I've been able to upgrade all these tools you see here. So now I must make room for the new guys and sell these. All tools are in perfect working order. The Bosch chop saw does have a couple broken pieces that you will see in the photo, but those pieces don't affect performance.
