A clients water heater failed they only had the tank for 6 years. It cracked in the flue of the tank and filled the combustion chamber causing the gas valve failure as well. The tank filled the gas line, we installed a new tank, performed a furnace service, and repaired improperly installed furnace venting. More pictures to follow.
