always progressing. always transforming. #75hard may be finished, but I’m not. These 75 days have taught me a lot about myself, how I can build discipline, that I can overcome self and peer sabotage. That I’m a strong willed person, that can do anything. And even if you think this challenge is silly and small, it has done so much more than I could have imagined for me. ... I’m happy, actually happy with my progress and my current state, both mentally and physically. But that doesn’t mean I’m slowing down or stopping. SW: 153.1 lbs CW: 145.7 lbs But who cares?! Thank you to all my friends and family for being so supportive during these 75 days. @erin_harvie_ couldn’t have done it without you. @taylormarinaa for bringing me treats and keeping me motivated. Beyond grateful Let’s see where this next 30 days takes me shall we? Adorable bralette from @theheartcloverdale

get. out. of . that. comfort zone Amazing views are the reward for sure.. but reaching the bottom and seeing that highway and knowing you’ve finished is such a rush. ... Hardest hike I’ve done so far, thanks to @majkkaa for inviting me and pushing me. We traded roles today for sure! We live in such a beautiful place, can’t wait to explore more places. I also tinkled in the woods, that was a first .

accept where you are in this moment, but never settle for mediocrity ... Day 67 of 75 Hard.... and I’m where I’m supposed to be. There’s been plenty of days where I didn’t want to workout or go outside... drink my water etc etc, but I did it. Because it became routine, my routine. Building that discipline daily, because I didn’t want to let myself down this time. I’ve done it too many times before, and I didn’t want to fail this time. Am I done? No, still got a few days to go. But I know I’m going to succeed. I’m going to finish. And I’m so excited for the next chapter. You can do this too. It may seem daunting, but it’s really not. It’s just about building those habits, that routine, and everyone can do it. If you’re in a rut, like I was, this might be the thing to get you out.

use. this. time. W I S E L Y. It’s true you can’t control what’s going on at the moment, but you can control how you spend this time. ... Don’t just sit on the couch like a potato... unless you want to look and feel like one at the end of this whole ordeal. Use this time to work on yourself, to take care of yourself, by moving your body in different ways. Feeding it the right nutrition, drinking plenty of water, sleeping well, and figuring out a way to manage your stress. Learn a new skill, take up a new hobby, build a Fort out of all the toilet paper you bought out of panic! Doesn’t matter what it is, but keep your mind and body active. Take care of yourself, spend this time on YOU, to become a better version of you. We can definitely all be better in many ways.

s t a y. C A L M. s t a y. S T R O N G. s t a y. H E A L T H Y. ... It’s tempting to stick my head in the sand and tune out all this information, panic, and hysteria surrounding the virus. To be honest, it scares the shit out of me the fact I might have to miss work. BUT! I’m staying confident, that with the precautions and protocols we have in place at @coreconditioningcloverdale and with my private gym that we will, and can continue training. We urge every client to wash their hands and sanitize before and after their workouts. And all equipment and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. If you are sick please stay home, for the sake of your health and everyone else’s. We have to stay healthy and keep training.
