You need to sign up for a MyAlberta Digital ID to use MyHealth Records, a secure Alberta government service that helps keep track of your health information. https://myhealth.alberta.ca/myhealthrecords You will need to sign up for a MyAlberta Digital ID to use this service. You will need to verify your account with your Alberta Driver’s License or Alberta Identification card. 2. Go to MyHealth Records and login with your confirmed MyAlberta Digital ID to create your MyHealth Records account. You need your Alberta Personal Health Number. Make sure to verify your MyAlberta Digital ID within 30 days of your sign up to continue getting up-to-date Alberta lab results, medication, and immunization information in MyHealth Records. This is the final step of the identity verification process
