"make yourself a priority" - unknown. . . . Everybody is unique. Not one diet or lifestyle fits everyone. The only way to know what works for you to help you feel amazing is to learn to understand your body.... . . Read, research, see a professional, open up your mind to different possibilities. . . Please don't judge others about how they think. Maybe strike up an educational conversation to learn why they don't eat wheat, dairy, legumes, sugar, processed foods or meat. You may learn something the resonates with a symptom or situation you may be having. . . Me? I've been gluten free for years, does this mean I scold those who eat it? Or I don't indulge?? Hell no. I just prefer to not deal with hives and believe not everyone has an intolerance or allergy to it. So no I don't drop down in pain from it, but some people do. I also eat meat rarely. Am I die hard vegetarian or vegan?? No I am not but I understand and respect those that are. I just prefer how I feel on a more pescatarian diet. . . You do you See more
