Art Pearce, a long time member of the Sidney Lions Club, has just passed away. Art belonged to the club for more than 30 years and until a few years ago was always available for various work parties.
The Sidney Lions purchased masks for Sidney Care, Amica, Peninsula, and Norgarden Senior Care homes in Sidney. These masks were made by Eleni Anthony and her Mother, Patti Anthony, a member of the Sidney Lions Club.
I just heard that the District 19-I Conference in Nanaimo has been cancelled.
