Tahsis Revitalization

I support you my friend! I feel keeping an open heart and mind gets harder every passing year. Staying open to giving and receiving also can leave you open to be taken advantage of, open to heart break and pain. Expectations only lead to disappointment. The more I know the less I want know. The way things seem to be going in the world "dog eat dog" everyone out for them selves till there nothing left to be saved. I worried for our children's future, It kept me up at night, ev...erything seemed so bleak. Focusing on all the problems in the world left me depleted and depressed, sickened with worry and a feeling of complete hopelessness. How can I help make a difference in a the world where everything is stacked against us to fail. I'm so small and the problems seemed so big. I had to stop, I had to turn it off, all the doom and gloom. It's not healthy for myself or my kids. I had to make a decision to be happy, my life depended on it. Am I going to be a part of the solution or the problem? Should I give up or should I do something? Well that was no brainer for me, I choose to love. Its easy to hate, Its hard to love unconditionally. I chose this life, its hard but its mine. There's people counting on me and that's ok I got this! How can I ease the suffering of the ones I love? Turn off the News? Stop dwelling on things I can't change? Letting go of people and things which are toxic and draining. Learn to be alone and be happy. Ok maybe at lest stay busy creating until I figure it out what makes me happy. Learning to love myself or pretend to love all of myself till I figure out what loving means. Making an action to look after myself first practicing nutrition, balance, exercise. Remembering to breath, stretch and rest. Maybe by learning and excepting love I can learn to love others better? Live a life in selfless service, help others succeed and in turn see our community flourish. Letting myself forgiving myself and others. Knowing I don't have to forgive the action but forgiving the person even if they're not sorry. So I can start healing the hurt and move forward. Forgive to be Happy. Letting go of hate and anger, be content where I'm at. The only thing in life I can change or control is me, how I see the world and how I react to it. Shifting my focus from the problems to finding the solutions. One hurtle at a time. Lighten up, find the humor in hard situations. Find the lesson to be learned in the growing pains of being. Remember no one is prefect so be easy on ourselves, I am enough, I am exactly where I should be and I am not obligated to do anymore then what I'm doing now. Matter of fact, I'm doing too much already. Allowing myself to do less. I deserve to be happy! I deserve to be Loved! Admitting to myself I can't do it all by myself, we were never meant to, its ok to ask for help and be open to receive it. I see you, I hear you and I Love you just the way you are! See more
