Zone 3 (Fredericton region) has moved back to the Yellow Level as of December 7 which means the Christmas events at Kings Landing will restart on Saturday, Dece...mber 12. This includes Christmas in the Village on December 12 and 13, Christmas by the Hearth on December 12 and the Christmas at the King’s Head Inn dinners on December 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20. If Zone 3 (Fredericton region) moves to the Orange Level in this time frame, we will have to cancel our Christmas events. We are excited to safely welcome guests to Kings Landing to enjoy Christmas festivities while following public health and safety guidelines. We saw Santa dropping his pants in Fredericton NB last night.

The Slipp House has moved! Visit Kings Landing to see the historic home in its new location, just outside the Welcome Centre between Kansuhsey Wik (former agri...cultural hall) and Hagerman House. The home will be undergoing restoration and remodelling over the next several months. While the area will be barricaded, for now, we cannot wait to eventually welcome summer campers back to this newly restored, historic home! The St. John River water levels continue to rise and are nearing flood stage following the heavy snowfall last week. Tomorrow New Brunswick is in line for 20-40mm of rain and strong winds. River Watch is monitoring the situation.

On August 29, 2015 we were taking photos around Old Government House. This couple were getting their wedding photos taken. The couple and the setting was beautiful so I took this picture. Does anyone recognize the couple? They are welcome to this photo if they want it.
