The best part about designing a school was how imaginative we could be in conceptualizing spaces and how they could be used. Our buddy bench design is installed and ready for students! The concept is simple: any child sitting on a Buddy Bench indicates to their peers that they would like company. Whether they are feeling overwhelmed, shy or just having an off day, sitting on the bench means youd like someone to talk or play with a buddy.
