What does December mean to the Sikh community? December is a time for celebration for many people around the world. For the Sikh community, it is a time to commemorate the great sacrifices made, and the heroism shown, by the Sikhs of Guru Gobind Singh ji (10th teacher of Sikhs), including Guru Gobind Singh's entire family. We have created this presentation to share the history of the Battle of Chamkaur and the events surrounding it. The source of this information is https://w...ww.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/S... In some places, the information has been paraphrased or abridged. The exact dates of the following historical events are disputed. However, it is reasonable to assert that these events transpired in December of either 1704 or 1705. We will explore the events in the sequence in which they transpired. We make an honest effort to convey this information with historical accuracy, understanding that some minor details may be inexact. We apologize in advance for any such shortcomings, and we invite your constructive feedback. To provide your feedback, please email [email protected] Thank you. We hope you find value in this production. https://youtu.be/2yc8xRLwB5Q
