Sandy Sihota is the founder and owner of SiLaw Group. She practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and personal injury. Sandy obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at Simon Fraser University, majoring in Political Science in 2008. She then obtained her Bachelor of Laws at Kingston University London in 2009, in London, England. Sandy was called to the BC Bar in June 2013. Sandy was an associate at a mid-sized firm in Surrey, BC prior to opening up her own law fir...m in 2019. Sandy has assisted her clients with some of their most serious personal injury litigation matters, including dog bite attacks, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, and family law. Sandy’s family law experience is extensive and includes all types of matters from separation agreements, division of assets, spousal support, and child custody issues. She brings sensitivity to these matters, but concentrates on delivering results for her clients. As a litigator, Sandy has appeared before all levels of courts and tribunals in British Columbia. She prides herself on her pragmatic approach to successfully settling disputes along with her strong listening and negotiation skills. She is fluent in both English and Punjabi. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, and chasing her two young boys.
