Closure information . Hello my lovely clients! I'm sure you have all been keeping up with the unfortunate looming and now sure news of our province wide shutdown. I am heartbroken to have to close during this time and I'm so sorry I'm not essential, I know so many begged me to be after our last closure lol. . ... I know this is such an awful and challenging tribulation to be going through again, and as a new business it's definitely scary, but something I knew was a possibility while opening during a pandemic. I have put a new cancellation/modification policy in effect due to a high volume of appointment shifting; leaving unfulfilled treatment times. ... . 48 hour cancellation and modification restriction. Cancellation fees within the 48 hour time frame will be subject to 50% of your treatment fee. Cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will be subject to a 75% treatment fee. You will need to contact me directly if you need to alter your appointment beyond the 48 hour time frame. . NO SHOWS - First no show appointment will be subject to a 50% treatment fee. Second no show will be subject to 100% treatment fee. No shows beyond this will need to prepay for appointment times and or appointments may not be accepted. . Waitlist - I have opened up the waitlist option upon booking. You will receive notification upon adding your name to the waitlist that we will notify you if a spot opens up via email text or call so we can then confirm your appointment. . I truly appreciate all of you beautiful souls. I just don't want my time to be undervalued which is largely how I have been feeling with so many appointment changes recently. . My hope is that you will stick to your original appointment time as best you can and not have to pay fees. As I've always said, life happens, and I felt that I had a strong enough policy in place but sometimes things have to change in order to function better.
