Take care of the gift card or credit receipt like cash as Silk Massage will not refund lost or stolen cards or receipts.... FAQs Can I use a picture as a replacement for gift card or credit receipt? No. Treat a gift card or credit receipt like cash. If you show a picture we have no way of knowing whether or not that picture has been used before. We have many therapists and many clients so we cant track if we have seen a picture before or not. We need to take the physical copy of your gift card or credit receipt to know it is a valid gift card or credit receipt. We are sorry but there can be no exceptions to this rule.
