A dear friend messaged me this morning (it was an emotional morning) and asked me to tell her 5 things I am thankful for today . I know it is so easy to get caught up in the anger and frustration at another lockdown, but instead my friend challenged me to find the good and focus on that. So much is out of my control, but making the most of my situation is something I CAN do .
