Hot barley on a cold day! Thanks The Publican House Brewery for keeping our cows just a little warmer
Strict followers of the diet, like Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikhaila, swear that eating beef and water fixed their health problems. But could it kill you?
Forget turkey- we’re having a 17lb prime rib for dinner HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
Friday night ! Who doesn’t want a @publicanhouse brew
We have some exciting news!! We’ve recently teamed up with The Publican House Brewery to take the left over grain from their brewing operation to feed to our cattle! This high protein feed source is not only nutritious and delicious for the cows, it’s also a great way to utilize a byproduct that would otherwise be wasted, and we love being able to provide a varied diet for our animals.
We caught this cuties first steps:)
How do you like your steak?
Nobody cooks up a @silvercreekfrms strip loin better than @moodys_barandgrill.
Animal welfare is the number 1 priority for our farm and family, so we are so super pumped to be able to make the cows lives better with this scratching post! The brushes obviously feel amazing but there’s also an insect repelling oil that helps combat the incessant flies we are faced with during the warm weather. Less flies = happy cows = great tasting beef

Chest high grass keeps the these ladies (and babies) happy!
This is what your Dad wants for Fathers Day. . We don’t mean to brag, but there’s a reason we supply 3 restaurants, and NEVER have enough to keep up with the demand . Our number one goal is happy cows that finish in to the BEST beef you’ve ever had... . Order by emailing [email protected] or call/text 705-872-8169 See more
It doesn’t get much simpler than this. Father’s Day is just around the corner and a box of local, ethically raised DELICIOUS beef is guaranteed to make Dad happy. It’s been a long time coming but our production is finally starting to catch up with demand, but it won’t last for long so hurry and email [email protected] or call/text 705-872-8169 to order!
Too funny not to share
Our steak is pretty darn good no matter how you cook it, but there’s something about a campfire that makes everything taste just a little bit better. If you’re sick of beef though (is that actually a thing?) check out our friends at Pinewynd Farm for some amazing pasture raised pork!
Peek-a-boo baby!
We’ve officially entered calving season again. This little beauty is about a week old, and thoroughly enjoying the sunshine today!
