Silverfern Property Services specializes in home maintenance and care for private residences or rental units whether it is a detached home or condo. I come with a Mechanical Engineering background and have earned a Professional Engineer designation. I have had over 10 years experience managing my family owned properties and currently take care of two homes on 16,000 sqft lots in the British Properties and a luxury townhouse downtown.
