Just to update everyone I have still been making orders but I have been having Natasha Rose help me with messaging & the business side of things, because I know that's where I am lacking. Today I am adding her onto my page as an admin so most of the questions & replies will be handled by her. Thank you so much to everyone while we make this shift & now will be adding West Kelowna as well to places for pickup.

I’m not even sure how to write this so I’m just going to be vulnerable & speak from my heart. I have had a lot of customers messaging me I haven’t replied to & I haven’t been doing any updates either. I feel like I at least owe everyone an explanation as to what has been going on with me & why I have been so quiet on here. These past few months have easily been the hardest ones of my life. At the end of February I lost one of my closest friends who was also my brother in la...w. He lived in my basement suite for the past 9 years (continuing to do so even after his brother & I went our separate ways). The day before his 34th birthday I went downstairs & found him passed away in my basement suite. When I got there he was too far gone & there was nothing I was able to do. It was not something anyone expected & it has really hit me hard. I wish I could say I am getting drastically better day by day, but at this point it depends on the day how I’m doing, to be completely honest some are better than others. I am slowly getting back into crafting & taking orders, it’s just taking me a lot longer than I expected at this point. I really want to thank everyone for your continued support right now & even taking the time to read this post. I’m looking forward to the day that I can feel some sense of peace in my life again & be back to doing this full time. & please don’t forget to tell the ones you love how you feel. I Took some time off. I have made some huge changes in my life. It took me getting to a really bad place to start to feel good so I’m just thankful for everyone who has stood by me. I’m so very happy to be back doing projects & feeling in a happy place. I will be answering messages today & I have a couple giveaways planned as well that I started making last night. I just want to say if you are having problems, don’t feel yourself, or you know something isn’t right please reach out to someone you know, a counsellor, doctor, a friend or even please message me. We all go through things that break us, our job is just to believe in ourselves & come back stronger than we were before

I really hate to address this, but recently I have had a really hard time lately with no shows. I had 20 back to school signs to make & 5 people stopped messaging me once it was completed or just didn’t pick up. I put my heart into what I do, somedays only getting a couple of hours of sleep. The most frustrating part was running late on orders that people were actually picking up, because I was busy completing orders for customers that would be no shows. From now on I will be... requiring a 50% deposit (unless otherwise specified between us) I am really sorry to have to do this. Being a single mom & trying to stay caught up on orders I don’t have time to keep making orders that are not picked up. I think this is the best thing currently to also have orders done on time.
