Whole Cloves 1 cup - Packed Light Brown Sugar 1/4 cup - Mustard 2 tbsp - Cider Vinegar Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350F 2) Score top of ham into diamonds and stud center of each diamond with a clove. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hours. 3) In a bow, combine the sugar, mustard and vinegar and spread glaze evenly over ham. Bake for another 35 minutes. Nothing tastes more Italian than some homemade Italian Meatballs. Try this recipe today. What you need: 1 cup - Bread Crumbs... 1/2 cup - Milk 1 lb - ground Beef 1/2 lb - Ground Pork 1/2 lb - Italian Sausage, case removed 1 Small Onion, chopped 3 Cloves Garlic, minced Salt and Pepper to taste Spices of choice 2 large Eggs, beaten 1 cup - Fresh Parmesan 1/4 cup - Fresh Parsley, chopped 2 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Jar - Marinara Sauce (or homemade, if you prefer) What to do: 1) In a small bowl, stir bread crumbs and milk together and let sit for 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients. 2) In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, sausage, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then gently stir in bread crumb mixture, eggs, parmesan, and parsley until combined. Form into 1 balls. 3) In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. In batches, sear meatballs on all sides to develop a crust. Set aside, reduce heat to medium-low, and add sauce to skillet. Bring sauce to a simmer then immediately add meatballs back to skillet.
