Permanent results require a grinding mentality. You are never alone in this world- most of us want shit and want it yesterday! A lot of people have made a crap ...ton of money by inventing shit that promises to give you the fastest results possible! From weight loss pills and crash diets to gimmicks promising a 6-pack. The quick fix solution is only good at one thing- taking your ass back to square one! If you want change to be permanent, you need to be willing to grind on a daily basis. When we truly work hard at something our minds won't let us forget what it took to succeed. You might take a day off but not today!!!!! The answers to most questions in life suck because they all have "hard work in almost every fucking answer. SIU (suck-it-up) pills with can of hard cures a lot! Nothing great ever comes from taking the four lane highway! Pick up the shovel and start digging your own path. Make your own road map and build those mental callouses!!! Make that shit permanent as hell!!!
